Pay as you go (PAG)
PAG requires payment every Thursday for bills, and you will receive invoices through email. Payment options include Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit/Debit Card. Upon settling the invoice, a receipt will be sent to you via email.
Prepaid
For prepaid lesson plans, payment is required prior to the commencement of lessons. You have the option to make the payment through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit/Debit Card. After the invoice is successfully paid, a receipt will be sent to you via email.
We only take up students who are after weekly tutoring. Since we have a highly-skilled intimate team, we believe that our tutors can offer the most value to students who can commit to regular tutoring lessons. While lesson rescheduling and the occasional cancellation is acceptable, a student who shows a lack of commitment will be let go if they do not demonstrate a willingness to continue weekly tutoring. This is so we can offer tutors to other students on our waiting list who desire regular tutoring. The student will be contacted multiple times with requests for commitment to weekly tutoring before termination of tutoring occurs.To reschedule or cancel a session, contact your tutor directly to organise your next session at least 24 hours PRIOR to the session. If you reschedule or cancel a session within 24 hours of a session, your tutor may charge the full cost of a tutoring session.
Please contact your tutor directly to cancel any upcoming lessons (remember you need to give them at least 24 hours notice or charges may apply). Next, notify Atama Math by emailing us at info@atamamath.com.
PAYG STUDENTS
You must notify Atama Math within 7 days of your last lesson. If you haven't attended a lesson yet, you must contact Atama Math within 7 days of signing up. Failing to do so will result in a cancellation fee (equivalent to 1 PAG hour). Any unpaid lessons will be billed as per usual at the end of the current billing cycle.
PREPAID 10-HOUR PACKAGE STUDENTS
Any unused balance will be refunded, minus the full price of 1 PAG hour.
We have no contracts. You can cease tutoring at any time. You will firstly need to contact your tutor directly to cancel any upcoming lessons (keep in mind you need to give them at least 24 hours notice). Next, notify us by emailing us at info@atamamath.com. Students will be charged for any unpaid lessons. No further action is required.
You may do this at any time, simply contact us at info@atamamath.com to have your billing settings changed. You can also switch from Prepaid 10-Hour Package to PAG as well.
PAG = Pay as you go
No lock-in contracts, just pay after each session as they are conducted.
Prepaid 10-Hour Package = 10 hours prepaid
Receive a $50 discount when you pay 10 hours in advance. This is great option for students happy for a long-term commitment with their tutor.
